Dr Vinay BelurSpecialist in Orthodontics and Oral Surgery

Dr Vinay Belur is a GDC-registered Dual Specialist Orthodontist and Oral Surgeon with over 28 years of experience, having treated more than 20,000 children and adults. He completed his specialist orthodontic training and Master’s degree before moving to the UK, where he also undertook extensive postgraduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, earning a Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons (England). Dr Belur is the founder of Belur Orthodontics in Marlow and Aylesbury and has been providing Invisalign treatment for over 23 years as a Platinum Invisalign Provider. His clinical interests include growth modification, Invisalign and advanced fixed appliance techniques, as well as complex, multidisciplinary orthodontic care delivered with a strong patient-centred focus.

Working in close collaboration with our Specialist Orthodontist, Georgiana focuses on fitting, adjusting and removing both fixed and removable appliances, ensuring each step of the treatment plan is executed with precision. Known for a gentle touch and clear communication, Georgianas’ primary focus is ensuring patient comfort, promoting excellent oral hygiene and helping patients achieve the confidence that comes with a perfectly aligned, healthy smile.

Maryum is an orthodontic therapist with a gentle, reassuring approach, known for helping even the most nervous patients feel at ease. She has worked alongside Dr Belur since 2018, contributing to a calm, well- coordinated clinical environment. Maryum enjoys working closely with her team to create a smooth. supportive experience for every patient, bringing confidence and care.

Jodie Lee BritnellOrthodontic Therapist

With 30 years of experience in the dental and orthodontic field, Jodie-Lee began her career in 1996 and has since developed a broad range of clinical and leadership skills. She has a Level 7 qualification as an Orthodontic Therapist with the university of Bristol dental school and a level 5 certification with the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, she also has certifications in Orthodontic Nursing, Oral Health Education, and Dental Radiography, and holds a CMI Diploma in Business and Management/Leadership, Passionate about providing high-quality patient care, Jodie-Lee is dedicated to creating positive treatment experiences and supporting patients on their journey to confident, healthy smiles.

Katie began her career in dentistry at just 16, where her early experience in nursing sparked a lasting passion for orthodontics. Today, she leads the Aylesbury team with confidence and warmth, creating a motivated, supportive environment for both staff and patients. Outside the practice, she treasures time with her lively family, loves being outdoors, and can often be found relaxing with a good book.

Juanine BrownePractice Manager Marlow & Treatment Co-Ordinator

Juanine is an experienced Practice Manager and Treatment Coordinator with over seven years in Orthodontics, dedicated to guiding patients clearly and confidently through their treatment journey. She works closely with the Specialist Orthodontist to ensure every visit is smooth, organised, and reassuring. Alongside her patient-focused role, she is deeply committed to supporting staff development, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring consistent, high-quality training across the practice. Building strong relationships with patients and families is central to her approach, and she genuinely enjoys celebrating their progress. Outside of work, she values peaceful walks and time with her family. As a mum of two boys, those moments keep her grounded and inspire the warmth and connection she brings to patient care.

Her attention to detail and steady guidance help keep the practice running smoothly, creating a welcoming experience for patients and colleagues alike. Outside of work, Ionela’s time is joyfully filled with caring for her lovely family, who keep her busy and smiling. Simone brings 24 years of invaluable dental experience to our team, including six years in management roles. As our Lead Nurse, she blends extensive clinical expertise with calm, confident leadership, ensuring every patient’s journey is smooth and every surgery is supported to the highest standard.
Her strong background in both chairside nursing and team coordination allows her to anticipate needs, uphold exceptional clinical standards, and guide the nursing team with warmth and professionalism. Patients value her reassuring manner, while colleagues appreciate her organisation, dedication, and steady presence. Simone is also currently working towards becoming an Oral Health Practitioner, further expanding her clinical skills and commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with her children.

Seerat is a Senior Orthodontic Nurse and the infection control lead at Belur Orthodontics, where she has been a valued member of the team for five years. Known for her meticulous standards and calm, friendly manner, she also serves as the practice’s stock leader, ensuring surgeries stay organised and fully equipped. Seerat brings strong teamwork, reliability, and a reassuring presence to every clinic day, helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for.

Taibah AhmedSenior Orthodontic Nurse & Treatment Co-ordinatior Marlow/Aylesbury

Taibah is an absolute delight to have on our team. She joined us as a trainee dental nurse five years ago and has since qualified with outstanding results. Her natural strengths shine every day—she is multi-talented, wonderfully organised, effortlessly graceful, and deeply empathetic toward our patients. We were thrilled to welcome her back into the practice after her training. She now works closely with Dr Belur, supporting him brilliantly and helping ensure every patient’s journey feels smooth, reassuring, and genuinely cared for — even when Dr Belur is being his usual, lovable perfectionist. Alongside her clinical role, Taibah also supports Dr Belur as a Treatment Coordinator, guiding patients through their treatment options, answering questions with warmth and clarity, and making every step of the journey feel as pleasant and stress-free as possible.
