Wear your own face mask, when you visit the practice or alternatively you can purchase the mouth mask at the desk for £1 for a pack of two.
Brush your teeth before visiting the practice to minimise the use of toilet facility.
Patients to visit the practice only with one parent or guardian and rest of the non essential attendants to wait outside the practice.
All appointments to be booked via the telephone after the visit or with the clinician at the surgery at the time of appointment. Kindly be prepared with your diary and the dates for 6-8 weeks appointments.
The patient should not present early to the practice and be prepared to wait outside the practice, if arrived early.
If you suffer from Hayfever, before visiting the practice, kindly take relevant medications to minimise sneezes and other symptoms, as advised by your doctor.
